Shipping: Free on EU orders over €50. Most orders arrive in 24–72 hours with full tracking. A small flat rate applies to orders under €50 — always shown before you pay.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery. If the product isn't right, write to us and we'll make it right — refund or exchange, your choice.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it at zero cost to you.
