FamilyPaws operates the online store familypaws.store, selling pet supplies and accessories. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We work to display products, images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, products or availability at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example in case of stock errors, pricing mistakes or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

4. PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by certified payment providers over 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

5. SHIPPING

6. RETURNS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal and our extended 30-day window.

All content on this site — brand, logos, texts, images and design — belongs to FamilyPaws or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyPaws shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's residence where required by law.
