SHIPPING POLICY — FAMILYPAWS

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE on all EU orders over €50. Orders under €50 carry a small flat rate, always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 24–72 hours across the European Union. On rare occasions, carrier delays or customs processes may extend this window; we'll always keep you informed.

3. TRACKING

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our partner warehouse (US or EU, depending on the product).

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, write to gustavolobatoclara@gmail.com and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses, but we'll always do our best to help you recover them.
